Australian Orders

  • FREE Standard shipping when you spend over $200AUD
  • FREE Express shipping when you spend over $300AUD
  • Orders under $200AUD are charged a flat shipping fee of:
    - Standard: $10
    - Express: $15
  • LOCAL PICKUP is available from Kanimbla, QLD 4870

Shipping times will depend on where you are located.  All orders are posted from Far North Queensland with Australia Post and their recommendations include:

  • Standard: 4-7 business days
  • Express: 1-4 business days

More accurate details will be provided in your confirmation email.  We do our best endeavors to estimate your delivery date, however any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.  

We understand you want your order as fast as possible, so we do our best to process your orders within 1-2 business days from the day of purchase.  Orders are only processed and posted during business days (Monday - Friday) and excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays.  

LOCAL PICKUP

Local Pickup is available from Kanimbla QLD 4870. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.  

An exact pickup location and instructions will be provided once your order has been processed and is ready for collection.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of placing your order during business hours on Monday-Friday excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays. 
  • Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number to the email address you used to place your order.  If you do not receive this email, please let us know and we will resend it.  
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.  We are unable to redirect parcels once they are sent. 
  • We ship domestically only.  We do not ship internationally at this stage.  If you are located outside Australia, please contact info@acristaldicollection.com.au
  • If you have any issues with the delivery of your parcel, please contact info@acristaldicollection.com.au with your name and order number and we can follow up with Australia Post.  
  • Please note: A Cristaldi Collection is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process, this is outside of our control.  We will also not be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
