We understand you want your order as fast as possible, so we do our best to process your orders within 1-2 business days from the day of purchase. Orders are only processed and posted during business days (Monday - Friday) and excludes weekends and Queensland public holidays.
No. A Cristaldi Collection does not accept refunds simply for a change of mind. We do however, want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase, so we happily offer our customers the option to return your product and either exchange the item for a different size or receive a store credit (with 3 years expiry).

Yes. Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is borne by the customer and non-refundable. Please keep your tracking details as A Cristaldi Collection is not liable for returns lost in transit.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
We have a user-friendly Returns Portal where you can lodge your return online.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return has been received. You will receive your store credit via your nominated email address at the time you placed your order. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you haven’t received it after the 5 business days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold an item or place stock aside for orders and exchanges.
A Cristaldi Collection stocks a wide variety of brands, so unfortunately we are unable to apply a one-size fits all sizing chart. Sizing may vary!! But rest assured, we are more than happy to help with any sizing requests or queries you may have to make sure you can choose the perfect fit each and every time!
